As the Anthropocene exposes the destructive weight of human activity, this initiative proposes a transformative alternative: a development model inspired by the ancient Egyptian concept of Ma’at—balance, justice, and cosmic order—combined with the forward-looking model of the Egyptocene, showcasing how human influence can be constructive, ethical, and long-lasting.

The initiative aims to reposition cultural heritage—not as a nostalgic memory—but as a strategic asset for shaping future sustainability pathways. It introduces a universal framework that blends ancient ethical philosophy with modern science, digital technologies, and green innovation.

2. Vision

To build a new global sustainability paradigm rooted in balance, ethical responsibility, and long-term resilience, inspired by Ma’at and operationalized through the Egyptocene model.

This paradigm redefines humanity not as a force of dominance—but as a designer of equilibrium.

3. Core Premise

Ancient Egypt created a powerful, enduring human footprint—long-lived, organized, and environmentally compatible.

This initiative extracts that wisdom and repurposes it for present-day climate challenges, resource pressures, and planetary boundaries.

A. Egyptocene Framework

A six-pillar blueprint for constructive human impact:

• Constructive Footprint (low-impact, long-life design)

• Civilizational Order & Ethical Governance

• Knowledge Roots & Intergenerational Continuity

B. Ma’at Declaration for the Future

A global ethical charter built on 12 principles:

Balance, Justice, Transparency, Light Footprint, Human–Nature Unity, Shared Responsibility, Circularity, Heritage Protection, Responsible Innovation, Civilizational Harmony, Life Continuity, and Moral Leadership.

C. Institutional Environmental Governance Model (ME-IEGF)

A ready-to-adopt institutional framework for governments and international organizations to integrate:

• Transparency & anti-greenwashing

الملخص التنفيذي – مبادرة “حضارة بروح المستقبل”

(ماعت + الإيجبتوسين كمسارات حضارية تتجاوز عصر الأنثروبوسين)

1. خلفية المبادرة

يواجه العالم لحظة حاسمة من الضغوط البيئية والاجتماعية المتصاعدة، حيث يكشف عصر الأنثروبوسين عن أثر بشري مدمّر وغير متوازن.

تطرح هذه المبادرة نموذجًا بديلًا مستوحى من ماعت—مبدأ التوازن والعدالة والنظام—ومن إطار Egyptocene الذي يقدّم تصورًا لكيف يمكن للبشرية أن تترك بصمة قوية لكن غير تخريبية، طويلة الأمد ومتوافقة مع القيم البيئية.

2. الهدف العام

إعادة صياغة علاقة الإنسان بالطبيعة عبر نموذج حضاري يستلهم من حكمة مصر القديمة، ويُعيد توظيفها في بناء مستقبل مستدام قائم على:

• التوازن الأخلاقي

• التكنولوجيا النظيفة

• الحوكمة الرشيدة

• حماية التراث

• والابتكار المسؤول

3. الرؤية

بناء نموذج تنموي عالمي جديد يجعل الإنسان مصمّمًا للتوازن بدلًا من كونه قوة هيمنة.

رؤية تجمع بين الأخلاق الكونية لماعت، والعلم الحديث، والابتكار، والأثر الحضاري العميق لمصر القديمة.

أ. إطار Egyptocene

إطار شامل من 6 محاور:

1. البصمة البنّاءة

2. التنظيم الحضاري

3. الجذور ونقل المعرفة بين الأجيال

4. استمرارية الحياة

5. الأثر الثقافي والابتكار

6. البوصلة المستقبلية

ب. إعلان ماعت للمستقبل

وثيقة دولية تتضمن 12 مبدأًا كونيًا أبرزها:

العدالة البيئية، خفة البصمة، الشفافية، الدورية والتجدد، حماية التراث، الابتكار المسؤول، واستمرارية الحياة.

ج. الإطار المؤسسي للسلوك البيئي (ME-IEGF)

نموذج جاهز للتطبيق للمؤسسات والجهات الحكومية يشمل:

• سياسات وتشريعات بيئية

• إدارة الموارد والطاقة

• سياسات المشتريات الخضراء

• الوقاية من التضليل البيئي

• نظام مؤشرات أداء بيئي

• شراكات مجتمعية ودولية

د. برامج تدريب دولية

منظومة من 9 برامج لبناء القدرات، تشمل:

• دبلومة ماعت للحوكمة البيئية والاجتماعية

• أكاديمية الإيجبتوسين للقيادات

• برنامج المدن التاريخية الذكية

• برنامج شباب الإيجبتوسين

• دبلومات المناخ والعدالة البيئية

جاهزة للشراكة مع اليونسكو، الإيسيسكو، IUCN، UNEP، Future Earth، وبرامج الأمم المتحدة.

• ترسيخ مفهوم “التوازن الأخلاقي البيئي” كمنهج عالمي جديد.
